With over 25 years of real estate experience, all right here in the Orangeville area, Debbie brings deep roots and unmatched local knowledge to every client she serves. A proud Dufferin County resident since 1987, she understands both in-town living and the unique charm of country properties.

Debbie is passionate about helping her clients—whether that means finding the perfect new home or selling their current one for the best possible return. She’s known for delivering exceptional service, honest advice, and a commitment to putting your needs first every step of the way.

Outside of real estate, Debbie is married to Rob Long and is a proud mom to three grown children and grandma to four wonderful grandchildren. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her travelling, golfing, playing pickleball, or spending time with family.

Debbie is also deeply committed to giving back. She has been a dedicated volunteer with the Orangeville Northmen Lacrosse Club since 1995 and continues to sponsor both the Junior A and B teams. She also lends her time to Family Transition Place, a local women’s shelter, and helps out with the Breakfast Program at Hyland Heights Elementary School in Shelburne. In addition, she serves on the Shelburne Arts, Culture and Heritage Committee.
